This week we will be featuring Austin Voigt as our intern spotlight!
Austin is a Senior at the University of North Texas studying Human Resource Management. He grew up in North Carolina and spent his childhood going to the beach, which sparked a love for the environment. Austin is excited to bring this passion to Seaside Sustainability to make meaningful change in the community. When he is not working, he likes to read, cook, and spend time with friends and family.
Austin is currently on the Human Resources and Grant Writing teams. He enjoys working at Seaside Sustainability because he is able to collaborate with and learn from people of different backgrounds. Austin chose to intern at Seaside Sustainability because of its dedication to the environment, and liked how education was a big part of the mission.
After graduating from college, he plans to get a masters in Urban Sustainability and help work to create a better world for everyone. Thank you so much for your dedication and hard work at Seaside Sustainability. We are so excited to see everything you accomplish in the future!
