This week, we will be featuring Laine Dannemiller as our Intern Spotlight!
Laine is a rising junior at Ohio University studying strategic communication with specializations in retail merchandising and environmental studies. In her spare time, she loves being outside, whether that's going hiking, taking her dog on a walk, or just hanging out. She also enjoys reading, cooking, finding new music, and creating art!
At Seaside Sustainability, Laine is a Project Manager for the Content Generation Team. Laine chose to intern at Seaside Sustainability to gain more experience in her field, but with an organization that was rooted in fostering positive change.Her favorite part about her work is gaining so much valuable experience, and she feels that when she finishes her internship she will leave with new skills, knowledge, and confidence applicable in any professional setting.

She will be pursuing a career in public relations and hopes to work with environmentally conscious brands that emphasize sustainability. She is excited for the upcoming fall semester, as she will continue her involvement in the Public Relations Student Society of America and continue to gain valuable experience to prepare her for future internships and job opportunities.
